Psoas 5-Hour Virtual Class (Teleclass)

Introducing my first teleclass. April 9th through May 7th, 2008. Five consecutive Wednesdays, from 4pm to 5pm PST (7pm to 8pm EST). Enjoy each, one-hour virtual class, from the comfort of your own home! Registration cost $195 and includes a student copy (flawed cover) of The Psoas Book. All times are Pacific Standard Time. You are responsible for all telephone costs (i.e. long distance or phone minutes). Class will cover basic aspects of the psoas, its functioning and effects, recommend exercises to try between classes, and group discussion of problems and solutions for psoas issues.
