2009 Application Course For Professionals

Every year I offer professionals, in a variety of areas, an extensive Psoas Muscle Education Course. This opportunity offers the licensed somatic educator, yoga instructor, Pilates trainer, massage practitioner, body worker, dance teacher, martial artist…integrated methods for becoming a psoas savvy professional. The 30-hour Application Course is best experienced at Rio Caliente Mexico. Here I combine daily explorations, evening discussions, and most of all the needed time for integration.

I urge professionals to step away from their dedicated focus to widen their ‘lense’ of experience and move into what I call a bio-intelligent experience of being. Integrating the experience of a healthy psoas with personal retreat time that un-domesticates your iliopsoas, providing nourishment, and freedom for experiencing the psoas as intelligent tissue; being informed and aware rather than culturally controlled will inspire your professional life.
