2 1/2-Hr Psoas Class (Grass Valley CA)
This class, which can be taken on its own or in addition to the 12-Hr Psoas Workshop (see same weekend – Grass Valley CA), is an opportunity to learn the basic reasons why its essential to know your psoas muscle. Discover how the psoas affects your skeletal integrity, muscular tension, emotions, breathing, and organ functioning and thus the outcome of your workout; prevent injury, improve your skill, speed, and performance!
