Registration is for the Workshop Only: Please arrange for your accommodations separately. The retreat will be held on 50 acre forest land. A seasonal simple lunch is included and will be served each day on the land. Workshop hour options will be discussed once we gather together. There will be evening rituals/gathering that are open to selecting your level of participation as well as strength training play areas set up for people to enjoy….

Alice Steuerwald is a certified Neuro Fascial Therapist, Strength Trainer, Mayan Uterine Massage Therapist and has been teaching Yoga for nearly 20 years. Also for 20 years she has been the steward of a 50-acre hardwood forest. Her personal passion is the exploration of the possibilities inherent in a guided evolution of the human body and spirit. Alice has worked with various indigenous cultures to learn native wisdom traditions, rituals and plant medicine. In Central America she studied uterine massage and spiritual bathing. In India she became a monk’s physical therapist. She has studied the USA Wise Woman/Plant Medicine Tradition. Her teaching experience also includes classes at the University of Kansas and many festival gatherings to reconnect people with nature and their own, true nature. Alice has dedicated her life to taking women (and men) on a transformational journey using breath and movement to strengthen, restore and integrate the complete person to optimal vitality.
