Core Strength & Power ~ Telecourse with Deric Stockton (and Liz Koch)
Join Elite Trainer and Power Lifter Deric Stockton (capable of squat lifting four times his own body weight) and Liz Koch (as moderator) for a 4-week exploration of what it takes to develop true Core Strength. Discover how power develops not with density of tissue but through fluid, proprioceptive rich tissue. You will learn tools and strategies for developing a coherent, resilient, functional core.
