A Creative Expression Workshop Collaboration With Patricia Majio.

Our deepest core muscle, the instinctive and emotionally rich psoas is an essential aspect of our survival response, emotional integrity and optimal health.

Combining movement explorations with creative process (acrylic painting) in large format we’ll experience and express our journey as we embody new information and knowledge of ourselves and the future of our species. Un-domesticating its’ power is a walk on the wild side of being human and a return to our primordial origins, the ancient midline.

Majio is a mixed media artist and director of Anavami Center, committed to creating health and wholeness in the individual and in community by building self-empowering skills in creativity, self-expression, visioning, communication and meaning-making through the expressive arts, metaphor work and dream work. Majio received her master’s degree in Creation Spirituality from Naropa University where she explored Image Making Through Painting and Poetry as Language of the Soul.
