Fall Psoas Tele-Class

The Fall Psoas Tele-Class begins Tuesday September 16 through October 14 2008. Five consecutive Tuesdays, from 11AM to 12PM PDT (check the world clock online to see if you can join in!). Enjoy each, one-hour virtual class, from the comfort of your own home! Registration cost $195 and includes a student copy (with flawed cover) of The Psoas Book. All times are Pacific Daylight Time. You are responsible for your telephone costs (i.e. long distance or phone minutes). If you miss a class you have one week or until the next class to listen or replay the class as many time during that week as you wish. – you also have email access to ask me your questions. Classes cover basic aspects of the psoas muscle; its functions and effect, recommended exercises for trying between classes, and feedback on solving psoas issues. Each class is designed with you in mind so no two series are exactly the same.

What participants are saying:

“Thank you for your summer tele-class, it was so supportive on many levels…I’ve always had the idea that I had to ‘be strong and tough’ but felt like I had a ‘weak, damaged core’ – It is refreshing to shift into seeing ‘core strength’ as resilience and fluidity and understand how gentle self-care supports that!” Summer 08 Participant

“The psoas tele-class was informative & practical: Exercises were assigned that were actually possible to do at home without personal contact with the instructor, and I could do these exercises within the first day. I learned valuable insight into how to work with a muscle that is a common problem for many of my clients.” Spring 08 Participant

“A most valuable class for postural and pelvic awareness – I learned how to sit more comfortably, and I learned how to avoid exacerbating some SI joint problems I have. The physical therapy exercises I’ve been given only worsened my back/pelvic pain, but I found Liz’s exercises and skillful observations to be profoundly helpful in reducing my pain and correcting my pelvic alignment.” Spring 08 Participant
