Stalking The Wild Salt Spring Island BC
The Wilderness is within you…streaming through your blood, vibrating in your tissue, resonating in your bones…
Go Deep Within Your Core ~ Awaken Your Inner Wilderness ~ Be Inspired From Within….
This 3-day workshop is an opportunity to heal your psoas and awaken your core wisdom. Working at your own pace you will explore the healing power of using non-linear, multi-dimensional, fluid movement. Your bio-intelligent Psoas is “domesticated” and like a plant stuck in a container… it may be a bit “pot bound”. When a great oak grows in a restricted container it never reaches its full potential so too our domesticated Psoas never experiences its full potential when bound within functional movement and repetitive movement. Explore sound and play to reawakens and revitalizes your primal ~ creative ~ juicy core!
Be moved from with-in to discover your soul~full core, and heartfelt creativity!
No experience necessary. Every one is welcome.
NOTE: If you are having difficulty with your Psoas and/or your movement is limited, this workshop can still offer you the opportunity to heal.
