Go Deep Within Your Core ~ Awaken Your Inner Wilderness ~ Be Inspired From Within….
“Bone by bone, hair by hair, Wild Woman comes back. Through night dreams, through events half understood and half remembered…
Wild Woman comes back…”
~ Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés in Women Who Run with the Wolves
Singing the Soul Voice is an exploration into the deeper depths of longing, yearning, and our wild nature.
Stories are medicine and stories are doorways. Practice the medicine and open the doors.
Using myths as medicine, psychotherapist and storyteller Kara Hoppe will guide us through the archetypes and themes in Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés’ story: “La Loba” from Women Who Run with the Wolves. Awakening the 2 million year old wise woman within.
We will practice grounding this powerful archetypal energy through both deepening our somatic awareness and by laying our “story” alongside “La Loba” . Doing so helps us ignite change and discover fresh perspectives. This is an opportunity to establish or reestablish an intimate relationship with our own Wild Woman within a safe and supportive environment.
This work can be challenging, playful, surprising, and wholly, holy sacred. It is recommended that you bring a notebook for this depth exploration. Everyone is welcome; no prior experience required.
