Stalking The Wild Psoas: with Jami Sieber ~ Sammamish (Seattle) WA

A Collaboration between Liz Koch & Cellist Jami Sieber

Go Deep Within Your Core

Awaken Your Inner Wilderness

Experience Healing & Inspiration From Deep Within

Innovate Your Life

Our bio-intelligent, primordial Psoas in today’s society is domesticated, locked down, and a bit like a plant in a container… pot bound.  Just as a tree, grown in a restricted container never reaches its full potential, so too a domesticated Psoas never fully expresses itself when bound within social limits, decorum, and repetitive movement.  This workshop explores the Psoas through the simple use of non-linear, multifunctional, fluid directions, vibrational frequency, and playing in a variety of gravitational relationships for the soul purpose of reawakening and revitalizing your primal core.Be moved from within rather than controlled from without & discover your heartfelt creativity! No experience necessary.

A COLLABORATION WITH JAMI SEIBER

Joining me for the FULL three day exploration is electric cellist and vocalist Jami Sieber.  Sieber’s playing is lush and powerfully evocative.  Sensing our movements, Jami will explore the sound and tempo of our group, the longing of expression in human tissue, and translate this conversation into sound. She will also be participating and co-creating with our adventure in Stalking The Wild Psoas.

Her website is jamisieber.com

“In Jami Sieber’s hands, the cello becomes a statement for longing and freedom, for unbridled expression, and a prayer to tenderness that encompasses every emotion”

- Lloyd Barde, Music Editor – Common Ground Magazine

Join us for this exquisite exploration of human movement & creative expression
