Thank you for the information on the Melt Method and particularly the perspective of the psosas as not merely a hip flexor, but as a major contributor to balance in the body. Balance as a vibraton reverbarating from the arches of the feet up through the pelvic arch, diaphramic arch, pleural arch, to the top of the head is a description I shall use to improve my balance practice.

I enjoyed this podcast. I have met Sue at a PMA Conference in Long Beach, CA. Glad to see that she is spreading the word! Her techniques and explanations need to be felt and experienced. Congratulations, Liz, this interview blends very nicely into your expertise. Kudos to both of you.

I am a old yogi, have practiced daily for over 35 years, thus in past 2 years have issues w/SIJ due to over stretched ligaments, which sent me to P.T. chiro, lot’s of body work…etc to Yoga Tune Up balls, then Melt
I’ve worked with MELT hand/feet treatments for over a year, as well as roller and used to follow tutorials on youtube till she came out with her book, which I have + have done daily. Helpful for my issues.
HOWEVER, I finally really committed to go thru page by page of your book core awareness + for just 2 weeks have done CRP daily + most of the explorations……and just almost can’t believe how much better my pelvis, psoas, SIJ are doing, and for me because of instability in the sacrum, doing just CRP + NO ROLLER, BALLS etc under my sacrum if FAR better for me. Interesting side note, still lot’s of old “junk” stuck emotions, but as it too is releasing I’m having GOOD dreams that I have not had for years. hmm. connection?
