Embryology & The Fluid Core: An Interview with Michael Shea

Dr. Michael Shea PhD is an international educator and author in the field of somatic psychology, myofascial release, and biodynamic craniosacral therapy. He is currently an adjunct faculty teacher in human embryology within the pre and perinatal psychology doctoral program at the Santa Barbara Graduate Institute of California. Liz Koch and Dr. Shea discuss embryology as a symbol for healing, wisdom, and wholeness. Using the story of the developing embryo helps us understand the fluid core and the dynamic juicy psoas by shifting the cultural paradigm of body as object to body as a living bio-intelligent process.
