Since listening to this interview I have been to a number of Continuum workshops and intensives with Emilie.

I couldn’t recommend continuum more and it is my main practice. I am also finding Liz’s work very informative and majorly helpful. Recently my Psoas started speaking to me, and I remembered Liz and her work has helped me grok what was going on, instead of thinking something terrible was happening.

thanks to you both,
Great work…
